- Enrique LWhirlpool paid and sent out Galaco. I forget the tech's name. He was a young guy. He showed up, and was very professional. He got right to it. He asked some preliminary questions, then started into the problem. Found the problem, fixed it, tested it, and left me his card if there were any other issues. I would recommend this company. Another unnamed company came out a year ago for the same issue and were unprofessional and never fixed the issue. We spent a year with the problem, when Galaco found the issue quickly. The tech showed me the problem, and anyone with eyeballs could see what the issue was a missing bracket keeping the ignitor away from the gas source. Yet, the last company had to be crooks because this issue was easily diagnosed and fixed by Galaco. THANKS GALACO
